2. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through the forms available on the website: first name, last name, email, phone, company, job title, and any information included in the body of your messages. We may also collect anonymous or aggregated browsing data through technical cookies.

3. Purpose of processing

Data collected through the contact form is used to respond to your enquiry or proposal. Data provided through the newsletter form is used to send you communications about M300's programme and activities. If you have also ticked the optional consent box, your data is also used to send you commercial communications about products and services from the other Grupo MINIM brands (MINIM, bulthaup Barcelona, bulthaup Claudio Coello and Mat). In all cases, the legal basis is the explicit consent of the data subject, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

4. Data retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and in any case until you request its deletion. Newsletter subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Recipients

Your data is not shared with third parties outside Grupo MINIM, except where legally required. If you have given optional consent to receive commercial communications from Grupo MINIM, your data is added to a shared group contact database and shared with the following brands, solely for the purpose of sending you commercial information about their products and services: MINIM, bulthaup Barcelona, bulthaup Claudio Coello, Mat and M300. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing news@minim.es, without affecting communications about M300 that you have consented to receive. We do not carry out international data transfers.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing news@minim.es with the subject "GDPR Rights". You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the Regulation.

7. Security

We adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.

8. Updates

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law changes. We will inform you of any changes with reasonable notice through the website.
