Lucia Matamoros combines her background in analogue space missions with her current work in innovation at Barça Vision, translating aerospace safety protocols into decision-making and uncertainty-management strategies. She previously worked at SEAT and Accenture.

Helena Arias is an engineer in the R&D department at isardSAT, where she designs tools for satellites, and is part of the Mars Society's Mars Desert Research Station, where she has taken part in missions simulating life on Mars. She also competes as a shooter for the National Team since 2019, with her sights set on Los Angeles 2028.
