Néstor Soldate Ruhl is Senior Partner and Director of L35 Architects' Paris office. With the studio since 2001, he has led international projects, competitions and urban-planning projects of varying scales and typologies. A strategic, cross-cutting outlook that combines technique, management and urban sensitivity.
