Constellations #3 - ADR Projects
On Thursday, September 17, M300 —MINIM group’s cultural space within the bulthaup Barcelona showroom— hosted the third session of the Constellations series, featuring ADR Projects, an architecture studio based in Sant Feliu de Guíxols on the Costa Brava.
ADR Projects was born out of friendship, family ties, and a desire to build a bespoke way of life. Comprising a young, close-knit team, the studio has turned its passion for architecture into a shared life project inspired by travel, the Mediterranean, sports, long conversations, and people with a sensitive outlook. Leading the firm are architects and founding partners Adrià Tortajada and David Tortajada, alongside Raquel Güell, who oversees administration and management.
For this third event in the series, the team mapped out their own "constellation": the connections and everyday experiences that define who they have become throughout their journey—moving far beyond a mere presentation of finished projects. ADR delved deeply into the family bond uniting the three partners both within and outside the realm of architecture. They also explored their relationship with music and extreme endurance sports; the discipline of training and daily organization enables them to create an open, honest architecture that fosters spaces for connection within their projects.
As with every Constellations session, Cellers Perelada offered attendees a glass of wine at the conclusion of the event.
